The "full-print" stack is printed all the way through, and it's good for fanning and flashing. It's printed all the way through, so you can fan it, or flash it. A "filler stack" has a prop bill on the top and a prop bill on the bottom, and filler paper in the middle. They look real, but it's much too expensive to do all that printing all the way through on every stack.

It's too expensive and most videos only need 1 stack to fan or flash. You can get Standard-Grade bills or High-Grade bills. The Standard-grade is double-sided. It looks good for normal scenes. But it doesn't look real if you look very closely at it. It's good for normal shots up to 20" away. If you a need very real look for a tight shot, the High-Grade looks very real, but it's only printed on one-side to avoid counterfeiting problems.
